If my landlord is negligent, can I terminate my lease?

I have had issues with repairs for my apartment going on 5 months now, and still no repairs, They finally came and fixed the issue, but we constantly have to threaten legal action, is there a way for us to terminate our lease without having to pay termination fees?

HELP! how do you burn a CD? with NO driver(if possible)?

Im a person who LOVES music….I downloaded iTunes on my PC and I tried to burn my music to a CD, but it didnt let me, it said that No disc burner or Software found…..So do i have to buy a software, if so is there a place i could i download it for free or a place to get it VERY cheap. please Help!

I vote NO! Marriage is between whoever it wants to be! There should no discrimination on anyone who wants to get married and anyone who thinks so is wrong for thinking that! That’s what I think! Before you discriminate someone else, look in the mirror! What do you think?

How do people like me deal with life threatening allergies?

My body seems like having an allergy attack is a daily thing now. I’ve gotten so used to having hives daily. it’s like if I forget to take my allergy meds then I will break out in the middle of the night. Last summer I would break out in hives everyday around 4pm not matter where I was or what I was doing. If it’s not hives my face, around my eyes, my lips, tongue, or throat will swell or fequent headaches. How do people deal with the same problems daily? HELP ME!! This doesn’t run in my family. I have it and now I’ve past it on to my daughter who hasn’t had them as severe as I yet. Can anyone dealing with the same problem give me any answers. The only stress that I have in my life is these allergies. I eat healthy and I used to exercise on my eliptical daily but now that I’m on allergy meds daily I just don’t have the energy anymore.

My Children and I are traveling to London enroute to Ghana. We will be in London for 3 full days before we head on to Ghana. What do you think are the most important things to do?? Or places to see in such a short time? We are also looking for great places to eat. Last, can someone suggest a pub or location to watch the US BCS National Football Championship?

I have been wanting to get a tattoo on my wrist of a cross and this bible verse for a long time, but i wanted the verse in latin because i’m taking a latin class, and i think it would be a bit more original than in english. if you know this translation, any help would be appreciated. Thanks!

Ok I’m 13 and every Friday I go skating with my friends but everytime i’m there I have always have 2 monster energy drinks. On the back I’ve read it says not recommended for children. So what Are the effects of me having about 6 energy drinks a month?

I need to identify four of the following drainage patterns on Google Earth: Annular, Parallel, Trellis, Rectangular, Dendritic, Radial and Braided.
2 CommentsI also need help identifying a delta other than the Nile or Mississippi, a flood plain, and an Oxbow lake.
