When in the Army, how do you customize a weapon?

I’ve seen soldiers with what seem to be customized weapons. Especially the M4 and HK416. How are these infantrymen aquiering things like Red dot sights, forward grips, ACOG scopes etc.

How can I have Christmas when we have no money to use?

Last Febuary my husband lost his job. It took him about 2 months to get the position that he is in now. Durring that time we had to use credit cards to pay our bills. Now they keep on calling because we currently don’t have the money to pay them. My husband barly makes enough to pay the mortgage, $380/month, car insurance, $150/month, and our loans, 175/month. Each month I struggle to pay the bills, take care of our two boys, 2 and 2 months, and pay for gas and food.

Actor who writes script and stars in it?

Are there actors who’ve written screenplays who’ve also starred in it? Like Sylvester Stallone in Rocky or Nikki Reed in Thirteen. The actor wrote the screenplay, gave it to a director, and starred in the film, too.
Are there more success stories like that, and do directors generally go for that idea?

what to do about a manager who is giving everyone trouble?

my dad is the manager or the transportation and works department of the local municipality. his boss, the director of the department, is giving everyone trouble including my dad and causing him to have a really hard time and work. i have noticed he seems a lotmore stressed, almost even depressed. from what i understand, shes a control freak and wants everything done her way even though my father has been with the corporation for over 28 years. she is even giving her own boss trouble. what can be done? i dont want to get involved, but i dont like seeing my dad like this? does anyone have any advice? sure, he could complain to human resources but she even orders them around! thank you everyone your help is really appreciated.
another problem is, since he works for the governement, from what i’ve heard from him it takes ages for someone to be let go
hes not unionized…since hes executive…only the labour workers (the crews) are unionized…good idea though, thats what my first idea was

What kind of gun would stop a bear, but easy to carry hiking?

I live in an area where bears can just pop out of the woods into common areas. I’m looking for a gun that I would be easy to carry, and stop or slow down a bear when I go walking.

As a businessman, how did you earn your first million ?

My father is a successful businessman. According to him, whatever line of business are you engaged in, there is always a chance or techniques on how you could be a millionaire or maybe billionaire. It is up to you to discover such techniques and to grab such opportunity. I believe on what he had told me and here I am trying hard to reach my millions. And to the general public or to all successful businessmen, could you share to me, how did you earn your first million ?
