Can I sue a doctor who is pushing drugs on his clients?

I think my dad is hooked on oxycondin after a back surgery and now he needs a knee replacement. His doctor told him that anyone who has ever taken oxycondin will not be able to relieve pain with anything other than more oxycondin. This is clearly false and it seems like he is trying to push this drug on my dad.
Can I sue the doctor for peddling these drugs?

so basically im 14 turning 15 in grade 11 and i recently got a formal dress made but the length a bit longer and the bust bigger..ive had my period since 2007 mid year and i am a medium 10b…will i at least be a 12B/10C by 2010 december?
i was in thailand and we were looking at tailors for a suit for my dad and i found a pic of a dress i liked and they made it for me

ok so my boyfriend and i broke up, my son and i arent staying at his place anymore,,,we had been having problems for a while but finally broke up saturday over the dumbest sh*t,,so he told me to get my stuff and leave and so i did,…..ok i asked millions of questions about our relationship but my question now is he called me right now and wants my son to go sleep over his house (he is not my sons biological dad) but has seen him that way and vise versa,,so i told him that he couldnt go sleep with him but he can take him since the morning if hed like,,,but he got all mad saying that just because he doesnt want to be with me anymore doesnt mean him and my son cant continue to have the same relationship which i understand but i mean for how long? he will eventually meet someone else and since its not his real son forget about him like has happened in many cases….i dont have a problem with my son seeing him but am i wrong to not let him take him for the night? other than me not being able to sleep without him i mean am i wrong or not by telling him to take him during the day or evening? we broke up and things wont be the same,,,plus he sees me as some kind of ***** because he thinks i cheated which i didnt

I bought a new BB, but I don’t know how to get the tildes? (á/é/í/ó/ú/ñ) how do I make those letters?
1 CommentI have already tried to change my input mode, I’ve looked under “symbols” and I’ve held down the letter (since that works for the storm).
Advice would be helpful.
YES, I do need them, because I text in castellano all the time and papa =/= papá because papa= potato papá= dad/papa/father

My dad is in heavy debt; approx. $25k. He is considering about filing a bankruptcy. What happens before, during, and after he files a bankruptcy? If he hires a lawyer, what are the fees? How would this affect our lives? And we already live in an apartment, are they going to kick us out? Please keep it in simple terms. Thank you.

How to make my parents say yes to letting me buy an air-soft gun?

My mom is ok with it but my dad says no. I told them i would only shoot at soda cans and stuff but he still says no. I use them at friends houses and I am responsible but I do not think they want me to have a gun. What do I do?

Can I train a dog to be a certified assistance dog?

My mom is 79 & wants a dog to help lift things for her. She cannot bend over hardly at all. She & dad don’t have much money. She specifically wants a Golden Retriever. Is it possible for me to train the dog, or does it need to be trained by a professional? Are there places she could apply to get such a dog?

rescued a kitten on highway?

My dad rescued a kitten on the highway this morning. It had a broken leg and its jaw was bleeding and kind of busted up. I haven’t seen it, this is just what my dad told me. He brought it to a no-kill shelter by us, and they said to give them a call this afternoon to see how it’s doing. I think it’s going to be ok because it was still trying to run away from traffic after it was hurt. Poor thing is only 3-4 weeks old.
No CommentsBut um…who pays for the medical attention hurt animals receive at these shelters? Does it come out of taxes, because I can’t imagine that donations are enough to cover these costs.
And if we were to keep the kitten, would we have to pay for these expenses? I don’t think we will b/c we already have 2 cats and my parents dont want anymore…but I’m curious.
