Can I sue a doctor who is pushing drugs on his clients?

I think my dad is hooked on oxycondin after a back surgery and now he needs a knee replacement. His doctor told him that anyone who has ever taken oxycondin will not be able to relieve pain with anything other than more oxycondin. This is clearly false and it seems like he is trying to push this drug on my dad.
Can I sue the doctor for peddling these drugs?

When people feel sad they try to feel happy, or take drugs, or distract themself. If I embrace that sorrow by thinking more about it or listening to sad music will it become harder for me to be sad. I MUST APOLOGIZE for how horribly emo this sounds.

Grand Theft Auto IV?

I’m pretty sure that everyone, by now, should, or does, know what the Grand Theft Auto video game franchise is about. I just finished reading the MADD (Mothers Against Drunk Driving) are trying to get the games’ rating moved to Adults Only. I sat in my chair thinking, “WTF is wrong with these ladies?” I know that the game is rated Mature for people age 17 and up. I’m 14 years old and my parents have bought me the previous games, I, however, understand the difference between the real world and the video game world. What I would like to know is why parents get upset at Rockstar for making these games. Parents need to understand, especially moms, that the game does not promote violence, sex, or drugs. It also does not, in any way, want people to mimic what’s in the game. What people need to do is wake up and realize that kids are stupid and can’t comprehend the difference between pretend and real. T.V. is another “culprit,” why aren’t those shows and movies getting cancelled?

what r rights in ohio when an item is seized but not listed on a search warrant ie search for guns,drugs taken

for instance if a warrant states search and seize weapons, but drugs were found and seized. would they be allowed to be introduced and charges levied?
furter details as i found out are: items were in a tacklebox in a closet. so not in plain sight. items were not listed on the warrant. only weapons. weapons found were all legal, but still seized. no charges for drugs yet, but was arrested for firing a pellet gun.

How Much Did Drugs Cost In The Sixties?

I’m writing a fiction story from the point of view of a drug dealer in the sixties and since I’m not from that era, I was wondering if someone could help me make my character more true to life if they knew the prices that a dealer might set for certain drugs. A few I had in mind were pot, LSD, and heroin.

Someone asked me if tainting the confiscated drugs with diarrhea inducing substance and distributing them for public consumption solve all the unnecessary killings in Mexico, shift the government’s effort to solve the economic crisis, and slow down the illegal demand in the U.S.? This may not be a legal or humane way but surely eliminates or slows down the illegal demand and consumption or legalizing it. It is sad if one of our family member is hooked on drugs. As one puts it, sometimes the means justifies the end, whatever it is. What do you think in times like what we are facing now?
