Moon bounce business?

I recently went to GA and went to this place with my kids, where they can jummp on moon bounces. They had an awesome time. I am looking for info to open up my own here in VA, but all i can findd is moonounce rentals.
Where do i start looking?
I dont want a franchise. Where can i find info on how to open up my own moon bounce house?

can i sue the company that i purchased my franchise from?

i’m not happy with this line of business and i have spoken with the people who i bought this franchise from and i was told it would not only can i sell it but i would have to cough up 10% of what i would sell it for to them and the person who purchased it from me would have to pay 2,000 and take a one month class on cleaning while I continue to service my “old” accounts for them until they are certified to clean. So is there anyone with legal knowledge who can help me?

i work for a small business that is not willing to advertise?

small restaurant, 3 stores and opening 1 franchise. they prefer the word of mouth method to advertise. i have lived in this area or 20 mins away my whole life and never heard of this place that been open 8 years until a friend of mine worked there and now i manage for.
the name is misleading, lots of people dont even know what we sell and the majority of customers did not even know the store i work at exists. its been open 3 years. a fellow manager brought up the lack of advertising at a meeting and the owners said its too expensive. i honestly believe this is why our sales have been declining so rapidly. what are some points to make that “you have to spend money to make money” and validate to my bosses that advertising is a important tool if they want to be successful?

Which Nintendo DS game now?

I have played New Super Mario and loved it- actually played it several times. Went to get a new game and bought the super mario 64 and did NOT like it- I have a really hard time maneuvering the characters and I **** playing as Yoshi. What is another game I might like??
I love the Mario franchise- but not the 64 DS version. Didn’t like it on the N64 either actually. Played Prof. Layton/ Curious Village- didn’t really care for it. So- any suggestions? What’s Mario party, mario and luigi, my sims kingdom, super princess peach, and yoshi’s island like? Suggestions do not have to be the mario platform. Thanks!

What is the state of the seatle supersonics now?

Should they go to oklahoma and start of a new identity. Or should they still be named the sonics. and if there was any way of keeping the franchise in seatle what would the chances be. In my ophinion I think that they should move to oklahoma. Oklahoma has been waiting for a pro team for a long time. Its been a long time overdue. I mean look at the ticket sales for the sonics. and Also the key arena only holds like 11,000 people while the ford center will hold almost 15,000 people. I think seatle should wait til their lease is up and then move. But the owner is the owner and he bought the team with his own money he can move the team anywhere he wants. and if moving seatle to oklahoma is a bad move than he gets screwed and he will move them again. Seatle still has the seahawks. and the blazers. Plus also I don’t think the city wants to pay for another building after the built a couple of them already. I feel sorry for the seatle losing a frachise. They don’t deserve this but the owner.
but the owner can do whatever he wants with the team as long as it is alright with david stern. I would like oklahoma and seatle fans to both comment on this and discuss how this will be good and bad and what the consiquences are for this.

Invest? Stocks? Real estate? Get into a franchise? Start a T-shirt company? Pick up and move?
What would you do?
I’m not looking for answers like, buy a TV, go to Vegas…

let me plead my case.
I live right next to a walmart super store.
My family buys EVERYTHING from walmart….. like groceries..e.t.c and we have probably put about 40,000 since the store opened. I steal from walmart… small things.. like earings, head bands, head phones, e.t.c… and I don’t feel guilty..
why??
because Walmart sells me things for $25 that cost them .80 cents. Walmart brings a yearly revenue of 380 billion dollars and I make what… NOTHING (i’m 16)
Trust me.. I would NEVER steal from any other store except walmart.. I would never steal from a local family owned store.. not even a franchise but when a mega giant retailer is ripping me offf every freaking day and I have no choice but to go to walmart because they have chased all of their competitors (small businesses) out…then I don’t feel guilty stealing from walmart.
I know stealing is wrong…but it can be argued that walmart has stolen from me and millions of other people more than I have from it.
