What should I do if I think my neighbors deal illegal drugs?

Basically the house to our left has been emptied and filled multiple times in the past couple years but this time they’re staying. My parents and I are 99.9% they’re doing/dealing something. My question is what type of evidence must you have to call the local police department on suspicion (spelled wrong) of drugs? We can’t just call them and say “hey our neighbors are rowdy they’re on something!” Our neighbors are odd. I’ve seen atleast 20 vehicles pull into there driveway (only far enough so their rear-end doesn’t get hit by traffic) honk the horn, someone comes outside, they go up to car window, and the car leaves. This happens ALOT. They also keep a “guard” dog chained up outside in their driveway so people can see it maybe? They also get into LOTS of fights in their front lawn with different people every time. What do we have to hear/see in order to take action? P.S. The Popos show up about once a month for random things. (Fire, dismestic disturbance) to name a few.
Also, if it means anything, we live in a ghetto town.

will a cookie crumb crust hold together in a springform pan?

Hey! i’m making a chocolate torte, and i dont have one of those pans with the wavy sides. but i wanted to take it out like a cheesecake, except with the cookie crumbs on the side too. so i’d have to use a normal springform

here’s the crust recipe

2 c. ground cookies
1/2 c. melted butter
1/3 c. sugar

mix, press, bake @ 400 for 10.

so, if i put my tort filling in after the crust is cooled, and let it set over night, will it hold after i release the sides???

How do you stop your fingers cramping in detention?

HEY. i had after school detention earlier today for 2hrs and had to do loads of writing (had to copy the dictionary!) after about an hour my fingers and hand started to hurt from writing lots.

why is this? anyway…. this was my first detention, so i hope not to get one again!!

Hey, anyone know how to download old games on computers?

Anyone remember Angband, that old computer game that was based off of LOTR? Well, I played it on my uncle’s computer over the weekend, and I’ve been looking everywhere for it. He has a few different versions of it, and I wouldn’t mind getting them as well. I have found a few sites that say they will let you download it, but when I try, all I get is a bunch of codes for the game. Any help? Suggestions? Maybe tell me where to find a good site to get it off of? Thanks in advance.
