Lately I have started exercising and my periods and pms are getting heavier?

Does exercise have anything to do with it.
I have also lost around 5 pounds recently does that have anything to do with it?
I have abdominal pains and cramps well into my fourth day of period
Yup I have reduced my food portions.
I eat a lot of yoghurt, fruits and vegetables and have cut down on desserts and fatty food.

I think I may have dislocated my elbow?

Today I lost control of my bike and nailed my elbow on the handle bars. Its been a few hours now and i still cant straighten it or bend it. Is it dislocated?
i nailed my elbow on my handle bars a few hours ago and my elbow hurts really bad i cant move it at all and its extremely swelled

How can I deal with my depression?

Ever since I started school I’ve been slowly withdrawing myself and diving into things to distract me. I went home early from my homecoming game crying. The last few months I’ve cried more than I ever have EVER. I’m usaully a happy upbeat smiley person, but all of that is lost. I can’t sleep. I eat so much food and then work out twice as much. Everything seems to be going wrong. In class I think about whats wrong with me why am I so withdrawn? I want my old life back. And I don’t know how. Please help.

Why is OSU a poser, and every other college that lost to a similar ranked team the real deal?

Colorado is 500, kentucky will be ranked lower than the Illini after this game, same with Cal. I have never seen a bunch of people so happy that another team lost. I understand wanting OSU to lose so that your team can move up in the rankings, but the hatred is really pathetic.

Will a completely bland diet help me lose weight?

Last summer, I went on a completely bland diet, because of stomach problems, and I lost about 8 pounds without even realizing it… it was only like 2 weeks… Would I lost more weight if I kept it up? Like eating a normal ammount, but no sugar, cheese, etc?

History - It’s at least 12 years old, a fitted “The Franchise”, it’s faded & torn. It’s been to Cubs games at Wrigley, Stl, Atl & Cincy. It’s traveled to Hawaii & been to other countries. It has been pampered, it has been thrown in anger. It has paint spots on it, wearing holes in several spots & the Cubbies haven’t won a World Series in my life time. is it really that “lucky”

How do I save my home from forclosure?

I lost my job 12/05/08. My boss said it was due to the economy. Since then I have paid my mortgage once and I can’t afford to pay it anymore, unless I want to give up electricity, heating oil, water, sewer and water, I’m going nuts and the stres isn’t helping my health. Does anyone have any advice to help me out?

When I lay on my stomach it is starting to feel a little uncomfortable and when I am laying down and I feel my stomach, it is no longer flat, there is a little bump there. Is it to early to be getting bigger?
I dont feel that I am bloated. Also, not really sure why, but I have lost 12 lbs since I found out I am pregnant. Not dieting either. I am doing everything the doctor says. Any reason why I have lost?

your ex finds out he lost something so important……………and he wants to ask u back out but u dont know, because your tired of he hurting u. but u love him so much. and want to be with him but your friends say no hes going to do it again. but what if he really really means it, that he **** up and he really loves you now…… plzzzzzzzzzz i need help?
