What are some good products to cover up scars on your legs and arms?

Okay, I’m a person with a lot of scars, I’ve been using cocoa butter for years and its not working. I’ve been using this product called bio oil and I’ve been using that since October of last year and shows no results what so ever. They’re old scars and in the summer I don’t like wearing shorts cause of them. So since I can’t afford anything but products to cover them up. Maybe you guys have some ideas for me on how I can make them less noticable. Thanks in advance.

I have a brick-and-mortar perfume shop. I accept cash and credit cards. But lately, customers clamor that I subscribe to an echeck processing service so that I can accept paper checks from them. We are going 4th of July weekend. Probably about 10 guys. We want to stay at MGM Grand or a similar hotel. Hotel is our only real focus - people are traveling from all over to get there.
